THE BEST WASH MITT!! A new, updated version of KC's hugely popular Premium mitt! This GEN2 mitt absorbs even more wash water, also works with solvent cleaners and gives your car a gentle touch. The perfect all-rounder mitt, you won't need any other! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

King Carthur Premium Microfiber Wash Mitt has now been updated into an even better GEN2 version! The wash mitt is gentle, durable and versatile like its predecessor, and it handles both gentle maintenance washing and thorough washing with solvents with ease! As a new feature, a 2 cm thick layer of foam has been added to the mitt, which makes it even more absorbent and washing even easier, as the mitt does not need to be dipped in the wash bucket as often, but soaks up a huge amount of wash water!

Quick guide

  • KC's microfibre mitts are machine washable and should always be washed before first use. If the mitt is washed with other laundry, it is wisest to put it in a separate wash bag, so that it does not rub and wear the other items being washed or pick up lint from them. We recommend using a detergent made specifically for microfibre when washing the mitts, e.g. King Carthur Microfiber Wash, so that the mitt is cleaned properly and kept as fluffy and absorbent as possible.
  • If normal laundry detergent is used, make sure it does not contain zeolite or other thinners, and do not use a separate fabric softener. Wash mitts should not be washed at the same time as cloths used, for example, for waxing, so that wax residue released from the cloths does not clog the mitts.
  • The wash mitt should be washed regularly, at the washing temperature given in the care label. The temperature usually ranges between 30 and 60 degrees. A very dirty wash mitt may not get properly clean at 30 degrees and may need a higher temperature than the given care instructions. However, using a higher temperature than the care instructions carries risks: especially mitts that are washed at a low 30 degrees may easily shrink (or otherwise suffer) when the washing temperature is raised above the manufacturer's instructions.
