ACE Headlight effectively protects the housings from environmental stresses, such as road salt, sand dust, strong detergents and the sun's harmful UV rays. Ultraviolet radiation fades and yellows the housings over time, and in the worst case, it can also cause cracks in them, which can weaken the light pattern of the headlights and allow moisture to enter the housings. ACE Headlight forms a hard and protective molecular bond on the housings, which prevents UV radiation from passing through, as well as other external stresses that could damage the housings. It is also easier to keep the coated housings clean, as they receive a protective film that effectively repels water and dirt, keeping the housings in like-new condition for a long time. User manual

1. Make sure that the surfaces to be treated are clean and free of defects. Finish the cleaning by removing any detergent and polish residues with e.g. Final Cleaner . Do this step carefully, otherwise the coating will be useless!

2. If desired, separate the area to be treated from the surrounding surfaces with protective tape.

3. The appropriate working temperature is 5-30°C. Wear protective gloves, and if you are sensitive to strong odors, also a respirator. Shake the bottle carefully before use! Dispense a few drops of the coating onto a clean and dry microfiber applicator or coating application cloth and apply an even and thin layer using zigzag movements and light pressure. The coating itself is invisible, if anything extra is visible on the paint surface when applying, the surface has not been cleaned sufficiently!

4. When the surface becomes clear and dry, polish the surface with a separate, dry, and clean microfiber cloth.

6. Allow the coating to dry for at least 24 hours (approx. 20°C) before contact with water. Do not wash the car until at least 78 hours have passed since treatment. The coating is completely dry after approx. 78 hours.
